It’s almost here, folks. Over the last few weeks I have been organizing a 12-month life-improvement endeavor that I think will change my life and yours! The first post will take place on August 1st. I’m very excited about it. I’ve already started doing the exercises myself and taking notes of what works for me and what doesn’t along with pictures when required or desired. Each month will feature a theme, and each week will contain a category within that theme. Some of the suggestions will be mine and others will come from research within the monthly theme or weekly category.
For each post, I will include directions for an exercise or activity, include my thoughts and suggestions, and the results I had from doing the exercise. I’m a little nervous about doing it because it’s a year-long endeavor, and it means taking pictures of my sometimes messy life! Despite the jitters, I’m so excited to share this with you!
Remember to check back August 1st for the first post. Out first month is going to be organization. Why? When our lives, home, and cars aren’t organized, it increases the stress in our lives. Having organization will help you feel less stress, and it will positively affect all the other areas we are going to see in the other months to come. I can’t wait!
